500 miles on the truck since the flush, absolutely no oil in the coolant.

Honest opinion below, I'm not certified mechanic btw,

The shop that did the flush and filling are, in my honest opinion, not so good. When you do flush/fill your coolant system, you want to run it idle right after and monitor the radiator coolant filling, and bubble escaping. Than once it's still cold but no more bubbles in, close radiator cap, make sure that overtank is filled correctly.

Maybe, I say maybe, this pressure in the coolant system help the leak not bring oil in. Other side is if the pressure in coolant system is higher than the engine pressure, it could send coolant in the engine internals/oil via the leak (if still a leak), which is very not likely.

You could check coolant level and engine temp everytime you use it. if coolant remain 100% coolant with no oil in, and you dont see huge engine temp variation, check oil in next oil change to smell/see coolant (if coolant mixed, should be milk chocolate color instead of dark brown).

If possible, check spark plugs for white coloration on the electrode (coolant burning).

Will you please fucking quit turning all of your posts really small and green. fuck.....

You've been doing this stupid shit for a awhile now.....stop it before you get punched in the face.
