80 degrees of overlap, 30 degrees at .050" lift. That thing will thump pretty good and make good power from 4000rpm up. The lift is rather low but I don't know your valvetrain setup or your PtV clearance. What is the stall on your converter? 3500+ if you are primarily racing I hope.

I don't really like any cam company's off the shelf cams. They can all grind the same stuff. Comp has far more exclusive lobes available to them. The only place that can rival comp on the newer stuff I work with is Cammotion.

The LSA is 108 which is pretty tight. It will bring the power down to a usable range. 300/300 duration is pretty high for a mild small block. The lift is weaksauce if he is primarily racing it which I'm assuming he is because he isn't running roller lifters.
