Yep..  welcome to old car ownership.

Don't let it overheat too much, that 350 will split like a siv.

good news everyone the TPI Bypass hose which i thought busted, did not. When i was working on the thermostat i had to take that hose off to get to one of the bolts on the goose neck and i had my father put the hose back on when i was done and the only thing wrong was the hose clamp wasnt tight enough, so the hose is good and i managed NOT to crack a head, its a good day.

Do you know what a "guide coat" is?

If you don't you should really use that technique next time.

I was going to post this earlier, but I didn't want to come off like a dick.

Whenever you block a car, to make it straight, especially with black....

Spray a light layer of flat (contrasting to the material you're sanding) spray paint.

It should look like someone sprinkled pepper all over your car.

Then when you block the guide coat will easily identify the areas that still need attention.

Otherwise, you'll just make lots of shiny dents.

Sweet project though!

I personally don't care of someone's a complete asshole to me if their advice saves me time or makes my end result better.
I'm just thankful that person took that time to share their knowledge with me
