you cant argue with idiots. he probably applauded the woman that sued mcdonalds because she was sold hot coffee and poured it on herself.

as of now there are no pending charges but they are still investigating trying to get any more video evidence or anything that they can.

It's pretty clear that he is fishtailing when he hit him. Also for those of you that don't drive in dirt, you hit the gas when you want to turn tighter, so he clearly tried to dodge him.

Also, this idiot didn't just get out of his car, he went to the middle of the fucking track

Watch the documentary "hot coffee" if you want to understand why that was a valid case. Mcdonalds made it a policy to keep the coffee at a scolding temperature to save costs. The lady suffered 3rd degree burns and needed skin grafts on her thighs and pussy. She sued for like $10,000, the jury awarded her 2 days of mcdonalds coffee sales as punitive damages, which was a few million

i argued for about 5 minutes with an idiot on facebook about it. he kept saying tony was right up by wards car and almost took his car out too. luckily i have jsp experience to deal with idiots so i just said yeah youre right tony went out of his way to run over and murder someone and i couldnt believe he didnt come back around for a few emergency workers.
