I have a small 3 bedroom (+den/office) house with a 2 bay garage and own my car outright. Its not rich, but its definitely not what I'd consider poor.

I would have left out mentioning you own your crv outright it may have seemed more impressive then

In stock mode it kbb's at with current mileage w/ paperwork (body has more miles than stock swap) ~5k.
My boosted lsv swap w/ trans that I dont use (fwd) = ~2.5k
My wheels = 800-1k
My coils = 900-1k
