Thats not really a good correlation. This would be more toward swapping out a video card. Or at the most replacing a processor chip.

Its simple cut/weld, and run the wires. I have only just started welding and I'm 100% certain that I could make a working light bar.
Only thing you'd have trouble with is finding a place to mount it, and getting receiver ends for the lights.
If you are serious enough to participate in a rally(with no team) where you are nearly guaranteed to fuck up your car, and have no grasp of how to work around a somewhat simple problem like a light bar...
Perhaps I was presumptuous. Maybe there are people out there that just jump into rally with no mechanical knowledge..who assume their stock vehicle can handle it, and are successful.
I mean...at least it'll look the part, right?
