Because while we are here overseas there is a car buying program called exchange new car sales program. I am limited to ford and chrysler products. deals/rebates are competetive and I get to pick everything that the car has and have it built as well as delivered to my next base. This car is primarily for my wife. who liked it and will be driving it more often than me. We tried the fiesta and focus and it was great for her too but not for me space wise. We can grow into the escape where as the focus and fiesta not so much. It may look bad to most. But it gets great ratings and fits all our needs. It also has the sync with myford on the base model as well as a rear back up camera for her. All this and the 7yr/75k bumper to bumper for 22k.
