i would of moved out of the way of the pack and avoided all of this.

you are asking for trouble otherwise.

2/3 lanes were wide open. Thats a stupid way to seemingly justify the bikers actions

it's kind of like seeing a bunch of people running a red light...you don't drive out into the chaos just because you have a green light and expect not to end up in a wreck.

your argument is backwards. In the redlight scenario the car that pulls out into illegally moving traffic has the right of way and gets hit.
In the bike scenario the bike that pull in front of a car and slows down ALSO has the right of way but gets hit. He should have used the same common sense that tells people not to go when cars are running reds and realized he shouldnt pull right in front of a SUV and hit his brakes EVEN THOUGH there is nothing illegal about slowing down.

And the bikers started attacking the SUV after a minor accident. Thats not how you handle being bumped into on the road.
Move your vehicle off the road if possible and swap insurance or call the police for an accident report.

The range rovers only mistake was bumping into the bike whether on purpose or not (he may have done it to be a dick, or he may not have expected a moron on a bike to cut him off and hit his brakes)

because you stop when the others stop. you have a guy 100 feet back that just had a wreck..do you really want traffic to keep flowing in that situation?

and to be clear all the traffic behind the suv that stopped is pretty much more motorcycles.

yes the brake check was moronic as shit...but so was pretty much every choice the suv driver made up until the wreck.

don't drive in the middle of the road when a motorcycle pack is coming up behind you.

don't keep driving normally whenever one cuts in front of you. there was plenty of time for the suv driver to hit the brakes/slow down and he simply didn't.

I haven't read other comments in the thread, but are you trolling?

the 2/3 lane scenario is exactly why he got "Surrounded". he forced a scenario where he would have bikers on all 4 sides of him..then claims they surrounded him even though most of them were simply passing him. dude was paranoid as fuck.

the overall point was common sense tells you to avoid situations that are accident prone. pack riding=accident waiting to happen. adding a suv in the middle of that is begging for problems in reality.

SOME of the bikers ALLEGEDLY started attacking the suv after a minor accident. the people who simply stopped to see what happened/help are the ones that got hit...not the ones allegedly attacking the suv.

if this was 2 cars in a minor accident then ya move them to the side, but this was a motorcycle and an suv with a guy injured. you don't move off the road when someone has been injured/has a destroyed vehicle.

the range rovers mistake allegedly happened long before the video even started. they are claiming the suv driver was antagonizing the biker that got hit...it ofc doesn't justify the bikers dumbass brake check but it sure as hell didnt help the situation if it happened.(considering how the biker got right up by the driver window before the brake check i can only figure it did happen)

Common sense should also tell you to avoid getting in front of cars and brake checking them for no reason at all.
The SUV being in the middle lane has nothing to do with it. If it were a large group of cars riding along they would have simply passed and continued on, but no these guys had to be dicks about because they felt entitled.

Idk about in new york but here in GA if you can move you vehicle off of the road you are required to. according to the new no one was injured, just vehicle damage. Moving it out of the way of traffic wont hurt it any more.

common sense also tells you not to get in a road rage fight with another person. the biker and him were having some sort of fight which the video evidence supports.

his placement has to do with everything. he forced the pack to go around him and be on all sides of him...then justifies running someone over because they "Surrounded" him when its his own damn fault they were in that formation because he was in the middle lane.

whether or not the rider was seriously injured is irrelevant. he just got knocked off a motorcycle at 40-ish mph and has no idea if hes seriously injured or not and neither do the other riders. traffic should of halted when it happened for safety reasons...again it was a motorcycle not car which makes it a completely different situation.

moving someone that just had a wreck on a motorcycle is a good way to injure them...seriously do you not understand that this guy just met pavement at 40 mph? gotta give someone a minute to figure out if they are hurt or not...

honestly point out what part looks like trolling.

go ride in a pack...hand signals apply to EVERYONE to do something. if the front says stop...you fucking stop.

the guy got rammed at 40+mph....fell onto pavement and skid...and before 20 seconds even pass the suv driver is plowing through people trying to help the guy that was hit.
