well the problem its having (the reason i got it so cheap i think) is that when its driving it jerks and leans like crazy, only thing that looks off to me is the bracket to the trac bars, it moves when you turn the wheels this could cause that right?

sitting still when you turn the wheel b4 the tires actually turn the whole will travel a good 5-6 inches the way the tires are turned to

I didn't see this post last night.
Did you mean the wheel turns before the tires?
Check your tie rod and drag link for play, might need some ball joints.
Is that a kingpin or ball joint Dana 44?

no like the steering wheel when you turn it, its got some play but during the play the whole body doesnt exactly lean but almost shifts know what i mean? Like floats over side to side which ever way the wheel is turned to a good 6 inches or so over

Not sure bout the joints got to check, havent exactly messed wit it since i bought it

If your trac bar is fucked like you said could cause that.
Also if buddy before you lifted it and didn't put a drop pitman arm could cause that too, your drag link could be on too much of an angle.
But yeah check all the ballpoints and bushings too, and take pictures when you can of everything and a front shot showing drag link and tie rod angles.
