505a's? I would have lowered it on the stock bolts first since its free. Having been in and around a lot of these I wouldn't want to dd one lowered farther than the stock bolts allow. YMMV. That front valance is only ~2" off the ground at max low on stock bolts. It scrubs on everything since it hangs over so far.

Yeah I would just do yourself a favor and order a new bumper now.....

I can't imagine the roads in Canada being anything spectacular either lol

Yeah 505a's. I was hoping to find classics, but whatever. I didn't want to hack the bushings apart on my stock bolts and not be able to reverse it, so I ordered in zip bolts. They don't go any lower than you can get with stock fronts with cut bushings.
