shitty intake brand, inproper specs n shit, causing running lean or rich, sensors going off, check engine light. NN

:)

yeah youre definitely better off buying shelf parts with your thinking. its not like youre going to see any real performance gains anyway. basically it will have a slightly louder sound while under throttle and pulling air but thats it.

no not at all. Having free moving air comming in and going out will probably never do a thing.

ofcoarse im going to get a little better throttle response and a better sounding engine.

Like i said if i wanted to actually put money, and make something of a motor id buy something from the 60's, this is just my town car.

I did a bunch of reading online, just google " do cold air intakes really work "
if you invest 30 minutes of your time you will see alot of people that had issues with make shift intakes, and cheap ones.

I asked you to explain not google lol.

That's funny cuz I've had off brand intakes work perfectly fine. Maybe those people did a shitty job with installation which is possible even with brand name products.

Also are you more concerned in getting "cold air" or a less restricted air intake.

Why couldn't you have done that instead of making this thread?

I wasn't arguing I was trying to figure out what you wanted for your car now you are being an idiot.

If you were smart you would have gone to forums with people that have your same car that have already gone through this instead of a gaming forum.
Listen to the guy that you haven't been an ass to and make your purchase.
