Well there is a difference between 1000hp, and 1000whp. It could possibly take 30k to make 1000whp, also since it's AWD you would have to upgrade a lot more stuff than just tranny/driveshaft/diff gears, etc. There is a t-case and front differential that needs consideration also, and if they had someone do the work (we all know labor costs just as much as if not more than the parts) that should be taken in to consideration. It would also need a badass tune, but I for one think that is a sick SRT8. IF it was me, I'd do all the labor myself minus the tuning and save a ton of money.

you're right, who on earth would want upgraded brakes, steering, transmission, suspension, reinforced chasis with a modest power boost of 400%? just pump the engine and you're fine...
i heard that if you get an extra 1000whp on top of that you dont need any of the above mentioned upgrades, the terrain flattens out of fear as you approach it.
