Yes, easy to mod. I've never touched cars until I got my EVO. I just started to mod and its simple. I'm 24 700ish for 6 months full coverage

Just intake, larger ic, licp,uicp, cams, exhaust and selftune.


Planning to upgrade to a stock framed turbo and possibly a built engine.

Ehh idk about mazda's reliability. What's stock specs?

I'm just saying the EVO is a pretty good car and 03s you can get under 12k. Really fun good handling car imho
