He was a pilot at the base near Fallon, NV (where they filmed Top Gun). I believe they fly F22 Raptors there. It was pretty sweet...we would be driving down the mountain roads with fighter jets flying past us a few hundred feet overhead.

Um no he wasnt. Thats a red tag on the window buddy. He most likely worked on them... nothing on you, just saying he probably lied to you.

I guess I should correct myself. He didn't specifically tell me what he did on the base, I just assumed he was a pilot, since it seemed like everyone we met on the base were. I wasn't aware you get a special colored sticker that identifies you as a pilot? haha. Everyone seemed to park in the same big parking lots inside the base.

officers also get their own parking area, and CERTAINLY the pilots the do
