and yeah i know about the stuff for the lifts, and coating it. ill probably just get it poured 6inch thick the whole way because thats what code is here, and even tho im not in city limits, when they see the size of the building i bet im going to have people poking their noses out here, so im going to do everything up to code anyway

We see people sell their million dollar homes up north and move here all the time. When they get here they take their profit and buy a 100 acre horse farm, build a ridiculous stable, and build a nicer house than the one they sold.
