im not sure how the new stangs are, but the older gen, they were a bitch to install headers.
when i was installing mine on my GTO there was a guy in th*** next to me installing them on his stang... all i could hear was fuck this, and fuck that...
I read the article posted above...they ran into a few hiccups but they're a professional shop so they remedied it easily...I'd imagine they try keeping the tubes pristine during install obviously. Appearantly the header sits REALLY close to the starter motor....like...right against IT and the wiring practically; I think it would be a good idea if an aftermarket company or Kooks supplied some kind of fabbed heatshield, but whatever. Apparently header needs to be removed before removing starter again ~.~. Anywho the numbers are pretty fucking impressive...that's massive gain...Not fond of Mustangs and don't think I ever will be, but talk about value for your money in terms of returns per dollar....just manifold and headers make that big of a boost? Imagine a more aggressive cam setup and maybe minor headwork...oh my....Definitely gets props...but I hate stangs, too common ;\....but there is a reason for that...they're cheap, fun, and fast...oh, and they sound good...nice combo.
