Actually i think the cheapest and most easiest way to do this, is to take your wheel off your car and repaint it w/e color you want, not like spray paint. but actually sanding them down, priming and painting them a new color with high temp paint and clear coat.

that way you know you have a strong rim and you didnt pay much more than 20-30 bucks for the supplies.
