I learned this by sitting listening to the radio in standstill bumper to bumper traffic in my town for nearly 2 hours, it usually takes me 10 minutes to get to work.
Happened to me when I lived in Springdale in 05 and Bill Clinton came in for Fried Chicken at the restaurant I worked at... And he had been out of office for awhile already.
Funny side note, that was 4 weeks before his triple bypass. Guess he should have skipped the fried chicken.
