GM = (unless sports cars) are governd out at 96 mph from the factory. and i know for a god damn fact there aint SHIT out there that will reset the gov' in a cadillac WITHING descent price range. (under 2k)

wrong, u can reporgram them with a few of the obdii readers that are like 50-200$

and u can buy tons of readers that will reprogram

most obd2 readers will retreve the DTC's, if he had access to a tech 2 (a 6700 dollar tool btw) then maybe. and the only computer reprogrammer shit ive seen for cadillacs is for the escalades. i use to have a 98 deville, ive looked EVERYWHERE for computer reprogrammers. they dont hardly make shit for cadillc cars.
