you do know that it is possible that the speedometer is 10% of the actual speed...
what people dont understand is that the actual speed of a car and the speedometer can be upto a 10% difference, after that then i believe you should get your car inspected
i know on my sti it has about 5mph diff at ~70 and about 8 at ~90 and i estimate over 10 at ~100... i try and stay within the speed limit unless i am trying to pass a truck.
