2 Mortgage payments are killing me. My realtor showed the house I'm selling twice last week. Here's hoping we get some offers. With all of this flux I've been very hesitant to spend any money on toys. Fiscal responsibility is such a bore.

this is why im so happy my wife has a good job (she makes more than me lol) and that i do also. and that both of our school debt was paid for by our familys, it makes it so much nicer not having that shit hung over my head

Mine makes pretty good money as well but i'm the primary bread winner by about 35k. I'm not in over my head by any means. It's cutting into my play money. I own 3 houses atm. 1 is rented, 1 is a foreclosure i fixed up and lived in that is for sale, and the one i just bought. After the foreclosure is sold i'll be in great shape.

Any updates on that business opportunity we chatted about?

If not, my wife wants to open another location in Houston. Sole reason was she saw the bill for our courier for the month and about shit a brick... I tried explaining that the 34,000 we spent last month was less than the 13 delivery drivers salary+ Mileage. She got confused and went shopping.

I'm still waiting on 2 banks to get back to me. The business loan market is pretty bleak around here. The local banks are still recovering from 07-08.

I just missed a 25k mile LS6 long block for $2000 by less than an hour... i'm working night shift and someone bought it before i could reply to him. That would have been one hell of a deal. LS6 243 heads are worth $550-$600 and the cam is worth $100. After i sold off the rest of the stuff i needed i would have had a 25k mile ls6 short block for under $1k.

Update.. Going into the hospital again... Went to shower with the wife this morning, and passed out while showering.. First time that's ever happened... I think I need blood, lol.

Was the weirdest thing ever though... Started out light headed, and next thing I know I have tunnel vision and everything is muffled... I fell out of the shower and just laid there for like 5 min till I could physically stand up again..
