I'd rather have 6 gears to shift through in a fun quick car than an automatic mustang where 400 horsepower is useless, esp considering he lives in NY LOL

i dont want to paint out how retarded this statement is, so i will save you some time, stop posting here before you get get ass fisted by the long arm of the mostorsports section.

at bolded- LOL, you have a mental disease dont you? quick? you poor child.

at second bolded- are you fucking that stupid? because i live in ny im 24/7 balls deep in traffic? are you that fucking daft? i live on long island, the suburbs, were the only traffic is rush hour on the parkway for 2 hours you fucking moron.

and judging by your sig and avatar, you live in ny, where with your logic, your "quick" car would be useless too. thank god you drive an econobox, gonna really save youre gas mileage with all that traffic?

Yeah, have fun driving an automatic mustang LOL
Yes the Rx-8 is quick, you're an idiot if you think otherwise. Sad to see you waste 30k on a 5.0 and have it be an automatic.
You'll have fun in the winter too.

i do have fun with my automatic mustang, its faster than 95% of the cars on the road.
no the rx-8 is slow, you have "fun" with your 212hp 159trq car
my car handled fine last winter, and we had a hurricane and a northeaster, no problems driving.

Not slow for what I use it for, which are windy backroads. Do everyone with a mustang a favor and get a transmission change so you don't embarrass real mustang owners.
Your jimmies are so rustled right now.

my jimmies are fine, i feel like yours are rustled, seeing how you live in a delusional world where you have to convince yourself that your rx-8 is a "fast" car

wish i lived in your dream world.

Mustang... the road boat.
A redlight racers wet dream.

I personally would never buy a car which main purpose is for fun, then let the automatic transmission have all the fun for me.
Putting around in an automatic is the most loose definition of the term "driving" i can muster, even a toddler can press the gas and break, powerwheels stumps 0 kids.

If he thinks mashing on a gas pedal is fun, so be it, he bought the perfect car for himself.
I would never buy a mustang, or an automatic car, because i like to drive cars, not automate boats.

Sopranos seems more than happy with it, and it's his. I don't think anyone is going to change his mind about that.
I suspect some day he will learn how to drive a manual, and look back on the days he had an automatic 5.0 with many laughs.
Everyone makes mistakes, even if they don't recognize it until long after the fact. He's only 20 or 21, he has many many many cars left to buy, drive, crash and fix.
This one car he got in college, isn't the end all be all on his motorsports resume.
