He said 1 3/4.. like i said I don't know all that much, but pretty sure he said the next step up was 1 7/8 but he didn't think it'd be worth the extra 1,000 he'd have to pay.

He was talking about headers and those are primary tube diameters. It's about a $200 difference if you are buying from the same company.

yeah that's what it is. he got it off this rich dude he goes to meets with, the guy bought the setup he now has, and gave him heads, cam, and something else i cbf'd to remember, for like $700 cause the dude decided he wanted to go bigger.
