Special thanks to : http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=216131 for bumping this thread <3

my mechanics truck ( not legal anymore but was for like 10 years )

and a sexy racekar i saw

I see multiple Jeep Cherokees! Gotta love it!

Dat racekar is the baddest thing I've ever seen in my life. I wouldn't race it even if I was in a Bugatti Gheyron.

Easily nicest vehicle I've ever owned.. 99 Jeep Cherokee 4.0, he has 177k miles.. t.

Mine is a 2000, so yea you always hear the stories about the bad heads....whatever. So far so good. I'm only 120k miles and a short drive to and from work on back country roads. Knock on wood the engine lasts a while. Only thing I've ever done to my Jeep was replace the steering stablizer and a busted sway bar mount. Had a clunk whenever I turned left....
My nephew has a 2000 Jeep over 180k miles. Only thing so far ever needed fixed was a throttle cable.

Stories I've heard about the Cherokee being finicky but also believe they were over engineered and are one of the most reliable and safe vehicles you can drive.

my .02 haha!

I busted the stab link on my zx2, always try to get it to clunk in the round abouts but I must need to go faster, my mechanic told me not to worry about it unless I could hear it, still rides smooth so w.e
