I'm counting down the days until I get to move all of my shit in to the new house/garage. I've moved several times in the past few years but I can't describe how nice it is going to be to have a full size shop to work out of that doesn't belong to someone else. The garage portion is 28x35 with a 12 foot ceiling. I should be able to fit a full size lift in 1 bay. There is plenty of room for workbenches and my compressor and what not. It is insulated and sheetrocked (drywalled for you yankee types) but the walls are unfinished and the ceiling is open. I'm going to coat the floor with a good epoxy coating before I move anything in and one day I'll get around to mudding and finishing the walls. In the mean time I have some pretty cool stuff coming from my uncle to dress it up a bit. He is a sales guy for a big motorcycle parts company. I'm getting a bunch of banners and signs from events they have done in the past year. It should look pretty cool when I'm done. It also has a 27x10 finished/carpeted/insulated room with a 1/2 bath and plumbing for a shower. I haven't decided what I want to do with that yet. It is already painted in USC colors (the original, not the left coast imposter) and I'll probably leave it that way for now. If I ever get busy enough out there I may change it up and do a small kitchenette to keep from bugging the wife. Until then it will be a man cave/football/beer drinking lounge. It is big enough that I could easily rent it out to a family member if I put a kitchenette in.

I have my eye on a 2011 Silverado to put in place of my Ram once we finish moving. After that I will be focusing on getting the shop set up and getting my stuff organized again. Once I flip the house I'm in now... look out. It's high time I put some money into my Formula and a little more in the Trans Am. My car friends will be coming out of the woodwork with stuff too I'm sure.

I will be buying a cheapo stand up shower to put in there. The plumbing and framing is already done along with a built in electric heater in the wall. No more walking in the house covered head to toe in grease. Everything in the master bath in my current house is white (90's) so i have to have my wife turn the shower on for me and leave the door open haha.

My dad has a 4 ton package unit that is collecting dust. Eventually i'll put some basic ducting in and pour a pad for that big bitch for central heat/ac. It is way overkill buy with a dehumidifier it should be fine.

Hopefully the garage/shop that goes with the house I build next will be on par with some of the nice ones I see online. No pop up out of the ground car elevators with basements storage for 50 cars... but nice, clean, and organized. Maybe 5 bays. 75x50 sounds nice. Or 75x100... lol

Lol. 5 bays for an M1 Abrams maybe. None of my shit is clean enough for a waxed white floor. I have friends that would be too tempted to goof off in a place like that. It looks sterile enough to belong to a German.

These guys get down with the little go kart coolers and bar stools. That shiny flood would be covered in black marks.
