But they are replacing the roof. Everything else is in perfect condition. The roof wasn't even bad. It showed some signs of light hail damage. I've been without my own work space for too long. I'll take some before and after pictures of the shop in a few months.

Yeah i've been working out of my friend's shop for too long. He has a nice lift but it is a 20 minute drive from my house. It is hard to convince myself to get over there and work on stuff.
