Pretty much. I do like it though. I can see myself buying one after the initial depreciation has occured

I went and looked at a house yesterday. It has a detached 2 car garage with a large workshop and full bathroom. I saw an old metal Mopar "Hemi Powered" sign hung on the outside. The Realtor gave me the key and i found out why the sign was there. Most of their stuff is still in the garage including a 1964 Dodge 330 Max Wedge. Not a hemi... but really really rare and cool. I lifted the cover enough to see what it was but i didn't take any pictures.

It'd be nice to live in an area with cheap real estate lol. I'm just happy I have an indoor parking spot right now.

This would be my 3rd house. I've held off on building on the land i bought last year. If i buy this i'll flip the foreclosure i am in right now and keep renting the other place.
