It's a moderate to large cam for a 408 with a centri. The one I just had specced for another car I'm building is 10 degrees and .015" bigger on both sides. It's a 408/d1sc afr heads and a stalled 4l80e.
The Melling pumps are pretty much all anyone uses on ls stuff unless they go dry sump. They are gerotor pumps so there is very little thst can go wrong.
