It has hardly any camber, bmws already have -5° give or take from factory in the rear then add in the fact it's lowered a lot and it will naturally camber a little more. It probably has no kit or anything to give it more camber than what would just happen.
I don't care if it has a kit on it or not. Of course lowering naturally induces more negative camber. You have to adjust that back out of it. My Trans Am is slammed and i was able to get back to good performance alignment spec of -1.5°. You have lost your mind if you think the rear of that car has an acceptable/normal camber.

It has a bunch of negative camber in the rear and the tires are stretched. It's a mild case but i'd still call it stanced. It's pretty clear that is the look they are going for.
