Ok bought je .040 forged piston with eagle h beam rods got a free ready to build 350 .040 over and a billet callies crankshaft 700 bucks only thing i need rings for the pistons gana spray the motor with a 250 shot

With that size shot or bigger you want a steel top ring. No Moly bs. Wiseco GFX, Speedpro Hellfire, or Total Seal TNT. That last two are the same ring marketed by 2 different companies.

This. a 250 shot is going to be waay to much on a regular ring. Unless you want to tear this down again after a couple passes I would definitely invest in some steel rings. They aren't that much more expensive tbh

Steel top, napier second, and an oil control ring with tension that works best for how it will be used. I don't know if you plan on street driving it at all or what size ring pack your pistons use.

Going with the speedpros hellfires 215$$ for a set not bad and thats off expensive summit racing
