that shit is on purpose... If there is a yellow why would you even be driving that far out close to where the wreck is? Then to hit the gas seconds before you "accidentally" hit him. Whether he was just trying to scare the kid his actions could have been avoided and should have. Not all blame can be on him but he still could have avoided it, he obviously knew the kid was there if he hit the gas like that.

People die every day though so... Really is there much else to say?

yeah he can be but people saying he meant to hit the kid are idiots. i dont think he realized he was as close as he was and ward had to jump back a little bit when the car directly in front of stewart went by. that tells you how close he was to moving traffic. tony doesnt have anything to gain by hitting anybody with a race car, he has everything to lose. unless someone has solid proof of it i cant remember seeing him try to hit any pedestrian with a race car before. these guys know how dangerous their cars can be

you only see one video and one angle of what happened and the camera almost missed it because it temporarily followed the 45 car who he obviously thought just about hit ward so its hard to say what happened without doubt. ive seen wrecks before where one camera angle showed one thing happen and then they find a better angle where it shows what actually happened and it was different. but of course youre gonna have those who jump right up and say it was intentional we should charge him with murder and put him to death.

tony is going to be done the exact same way sterling marlin was done over the death of dale earnhardt.
