Accident was not the correct word, I acknowledge this. I meant, or intended, rather that the argument above claimed he did deliberately act, by going high and blipping the throttle to intimidate Ward, who certainly did a myriad of things wrong in the situation as well.
Aside from nit picking my slightly questionable word choice, anything of merit you'd like to contribute to the conversation?
And since my original post, it has been announced that he will NOT be racing in today's race, which was a large contributing factor to what prompted my commenting at all.
But yes, low lit areas, black track suits, people walking towards racing traffic, dirt is NOT tarmac, and plethora of bad variables.....
We could argue semantics all day, it wouldn't change the unfortunate fact that someone died.
