Yeah it's definitely a resort town, but there are schools and what not. I actually live in a town just outside of steamboat now and I'm paying half what I used to pay

and RTB, the city is pretty expensive but you can move to a suburb outside of Denver and pay very little for a place (granted a bit scummy haha)
