The LS3 has a much larger aftermarket than the 5.0 lol.

Id take a LS7 or LS9 over a 5.0 any day.
But I wouldnt be caught dead in a gaymaro

It doesn't really matter, but its true lol. As far as domestic cars go nothing can really compare to anything LSX when it comes to aftermarket support. Same with when he said more comfortable. Its just not the case lol. I'm not going to argue that the Camaro is a better performer by any means, and given the choice between the two I wouldn't even think about the Camaro but those arguements are just completely unfounded.

That seems highly unlikely regardless off the weight difference. That ZL1 should have been making way more power than the Mustang.

After watching some GT500s racing ZL1s I have come to the conclusion that Chevy doesnt pay much attention when building anything other than corvettes.

well duh an ls7 or ls9 over a 5.0 anyday, but if you pit the 5.0 and ls3 together, 5.0 all day.

thats cause its the only thing they can build properly.

you know an ls9 is a supercharged ls3

the zl1 is an lsa, a detuned version of the ls9. its whats in the cts-v

They built the ZL1 under the impression that the GT500 was going to continue with the 550 hp powerplant. As soon as Ford found out about the ZL1 they upped the power to 662 as pretty much a screw you. Considering the power difference, the ZL1 stills puts up a really good fight. Its obvious that Ford skimped out in alot of areas the Chev didn't. The ZL1 brakes and corners better than the GT500 but theres only so much you can do with 100 less hp.
