I just buy bulk tubs of stokers winter green. It's sweeter than Grizzly and holds it moistness longer, plus when you buy a tub you get 10 cans worth for like $12.99. Good deal and it dont hurt my mouth as bad as kodiak or grizzly.

Start trying to do grizzly pouches. The "bear hair" on them still cuts your lip enough to feel a burn but certainly not the same as long cut.

Once you make it a week or two on those, try going to skoal extra pouches. They don't burn your lip at all and give very little nicotine satisfaction.

Proceed and eventually just toss the can. The bridge to pouches and then to skoal pouches is so much harder than even just quitting after you get on skoal pouches. They'll satisfy you for a week and then you'll be like... this isn't doing shit.

You just have to want to quit. It's as easy as that.

I cant believe you buy bulk cans yet still dont know that 'tubs' are called logs...

tubs (aka silo) are pretty much a big box of chew that comes with 1 tin you reuse.


Stokers is the only brand i can think of off the top of my head that has these. If it wasn't so shitty i'd go this route but its down right horrid in my opinion.
