A good top end for a 2 stroke is 100+ psi compression.

Alright cool, I bought all the fluids and shit today going to finish cleaning it tomorrow and try to find a damn 20mm wrench for my spark plug lol. Put it all together and pray for smooth sailing.

One more thing. I don't know if you've ever owned a 2 stroke before but they aren't supposed to idle for long periods of time. You will foul spark plugs left and right if it does, see way too many 2 stroke riders stuck on trails from fouling plugs(it's a good idea to always have a spare or 2). I have my idle screw on my cr set where mine won't idle unless i feather the throttle. Good luck though, hope it runs good, these 2 strokes are hard to kill.

PHEW! holy fuck was it hot out today!.

Alright so some good news, I got everything together and I mixed about 4floz of mixer to 1.25 gallons of gas and she started right up. Sort of a rough idle and a ton of smoke but I was expecting that.
I haven't touched the "air" screw yet so MAYBE that needs adjusting. It still seems really rough in first gear at low rps but that could just be how the bike is? I haven't taken it out of first gear yet because I literally just finished everything and it way to dark out to go flying up and down my street.
I'm just a little concerned that I have a bigger problem, one thing I can def notice and i'm not sure if it's supposed to happen or not is if im in neutral and i give it some throttle the exhaust is popping alot. like bap bap bap bap.

Another thing is if I put the clutch in and give no throttle but click it down into first it dies.

Would have to see a video of it at idle and to listen to the popping. You want that idle set where it will only idle for maybe 10 seconds without throttle before it dies. If it is smoking a lot after the bike is warmed up, either it needs to be re-jetted properly or the silencer has a lot of oil in it and needs to be repacked. But seriously before you ride it much check the compression, if it needs new rings or piston and you rip around on it you may end up fucking up the cylinder bore/wall.

As for the clutch I think either the clutch plates my be worn or it just needs some adjustment. Does the clutch lever have much play in it?

Also for the rough running in low gear. It's just how 2 strokes are, they aren't made to be running a low rpms or it will just lug around and have no power at all. All your power will be at the top end.

So after i've changed everything out I cant get the bike to start without giving it throttle and moving the air screw inst doing anything at all.

Won't idle and sounds really boggy.

Alright that makes me feel a little better, I took it out and ripped it a little bit and changing gears seems OK but I will take out the clutch and see whats up.

The air screw has nothing to do with idle, that adjusts the air/fuel ratio and should just be set to stock spec till you get the jetting set. The idle screw should be near the air screw, if not, lots of times it's integrated with the choke. Try and turn the choke knob left or right and see if it changes the idle.

Check to make sure the clutch cable is tight enough before you start taking it apart. It may just be the cable isn't tight enough so the clutch isn't fully engaging.

Too Lean?
Also the choke spinning does nothing and there is no other screw near my air screw. Only a bolt

So it kind of looks like I need to lower the jet needle clip position, the manual says "unstable at low speeds pinking noise" and that sounds about right.

Glad to hear man, have fun, be safe.
Do you have gear yet?
Helmet, gloves, goggles, and boots are a must.
If your riding with friends, I'd want a chest protector too, it fucking sucks getting hit with rocky roost.
