Why are you suing the owner of the car wash?? I don't understand. The guy who hit you was simply an employee there, what does it have to do with the company?

i pretty much said word for word what you just said.

i got out and said are you fucking kidding me, my car out of all the fucking cars to hit.

and yeah i wanted to deck his lights out, but i know the guy who works at the car wash where this happened, always a nice guy, wasnt his fault. if this was some random asshole who hit me, best believe id of punched his lights out.
