rip off that carpet and bed liner the box.

mdf soaks up way too much moisture to not have a water proof coating.

you sure you have enough alternator power for all of it?

I dunno lol I have 2 batteries just incase :P

I've made custom sealed casing for the speakers and for the floor its just old glue from the old carpet its not moisture :lol:

Lmk if u need any help. Ive been working on boats my entire life. You said your switching motors? If that old evinrude run should sell pretty easy. Help offset some expenses.

Also is the gas tank build in or an external one? Old gas is a huge battle with any motor.

If u can do it storing a boat inside will make such a huge difference.

But looks good!

External tank and dat old envinrude is a 2-stroke but run like new and i'm just gonna keep it "just incase"

Took it for a ride today to see if there was any leak or whatever before I go any further
Everything went fine :)
Dat old 70 hp is pretty fast and it's gonna be a beast with the 110 one lmao

i bet. whats the difference in the weight from the 70hp to the 110, might have to reinforce the transom.

were going to vinyl wrap it during the winter
