everybody thinks covering all the parts is a good thing until they are going up and down mountains and smoke their brakes because they have cut the air flow that cools them off. that truck would only be useful on flat ground hauling. hell i can get 8mpg running flat ground with no hill pulling in my truck that is not aerodynamic at all

I had a few of these festivas in my younger days, and I vouch they are tough little cars. Is yours a four speed or a 5 speed? I only had one out of four that I owned that was a 5 speed and it got close to 60mpg too. I think it had a 1.3l in it if memory serves me correctly.

Mine is a 5 speed. Yes it's the 1.3L Mazda b3.

maybe with 20k pound loads on indiana hills

you arent getting 15 and grossing 35-40 tons pulling real hills

and mine got 8 with just a regular non raised cab and a pneumatic trailer and a detroit 60

The BulletTruck does 17.5-18 mpg on a level grade at 65,000 GVW. It does 3 mpg climbing grades up to 6% on the interstate highway system. Test run got 13.4 mpg coast-to-coast climbing a little thing that they call the Rocky Mountains, and after hitting 35 mph 3/4 headwinds. Not in ironing-board flat Texas.

I make the parts for those trucks, guarantee you that roofcap was built by our plant here in NC :)
Well we made the rear/center/side panels for it, assembled it and put in the interior.
