Ok, got to the bottom of this issue and I was shocked to find out what it was......Lower coolant sensor was faulty, they swapped it out car is back to normal. Is every component in these things connected together? If my tire pressure goes low does the motor blow up 
Coolant sensor makes sense actually.
The ECU is not reading the correct engine temperature, so it doesn't know how to properly enrichen, or lean the mixture.
But damn if it isn't ALWAYS the last thing you check.
Glad to hear it was resolved. And I'm betting it didn't break the bank either.
