so please inform me whats so bad about a guy working + using his spare money to mod his car???? why does it matter if they are middle class or upper class?? im dieing to hear this lol

i've known about 8 multi millionaires that have drove the same car for well over a decade because they are wise enough to know high end cars are the shittiest investment int he world(minus veyron). they keep their old cars in top condition because they don't care whats cool anymore because they aren't 16 year old girls ecstatic they have a bmw.

agreed, classic cars are classics they are like a wine. but im still curious to see his reasoning behind it lol it should be pretty laughable

But their dailies are usually modest vehicles

it's usually the difference between old and new money. A lot of my friends, also like chaosoul and myself, kinda let the money get to our heads. When you're still in your 20s making in the 6 figure salaries but working 70+ hour weeks, we make an excuse that we need a 15 grand suit or a new ferrari for the amount of time we work... But then you have other people who are smart and save for a comfortable early retirement. My uncle has been making low 7 figures for a while now and he's planning on retiring in the next 5 years before hitting 50 and has a trust fund set up for his 3 kids already. It all depends on your mindset and self control.
