any race track is a very serious place where ppl can get killed or seriously injured. there are rules to protect ppl for this reason, if ppl cant follow the rules they should be banned no questions asked they are putting ppls lives at risk. it doesnt matter what rule they brake either this argument can be used legally to ban anyone from any dangerous place for braking any rule. they archive this by showing they they broke the rule and because they broke the rule they are likely to break a more serious rule and injure someone. and by making anyone that races sign a  waiver.

anyway i still think the track is more responsible. they seem to be doing their best, mb once the economy gets better and more pl get back into hobbies the track will have the income to open a few more days a week.
