I'm a first generation who made it on his own, my parents both work blue collar jobs and had to learn english while tackling and job and taking care of their own parents. They aren't advertising them so they aren't moving. People are going cadillac instead. The salesman i bought my truck through said they took an $8k loss on the last one they sold. The guy shot them a lowball offer and 2 months later they called him back. You should be able to get the price down in your range pretty easy... low $40's.
