Ok finally dynod the car today to get a base line. Made 245 at the wheels on a mustang dyno but my AFRs were all over the place, almost 15:1 in some areas so looks like AEM EMS will come sooner than I anticipated to get safer readings.

Here you can see the air fuel ratios all over in the mid range

For a 21 year old 3L Motor that's not too shabby.

I think I can get a little more out of it if it's tuned properly, also it's a mustang dyno so the readings are typically lower.

Sounds really really nice, especially when you hear the VTEC chime in.

Not bad numbers at all.
And Im definitely jealous of how much modding you have been able to do!
I cant afford 95% of the stuff I want right now but I graduated today so maybe that will change soon.
I havent even installed my new hawk brake pads ive had for the past month or two yet...

Im hoping for a super charger in the next year as well, gotta love that whine.
Do you plan on upping the boost after the engine is built or just making it safer at 400HP?

I plan to keep the 9lbs of boost but ill up the rev limit to 8500 rpm since its balanced and blue printed. If I can find a water to air intercooler that will work I may bump the compression from 10.2 to 10.5 but I doubt they make one for the application I want. Either way the rebuild should restore it better than factory tolerances and yield a little more power.
