that's how my city is though, no joke, until you go to the top part of town "above the hill", it's all gang territory and shit. hella drug traffic goes on below the hill. My buddy's brother just got 20 years for dealin. He was the 3rd biggest drug dealer in Illinois. He used to move 500 lbs on a bad week. dude had 4 houses and 14 cars all loaded. shit was nuts lol.
