did seem very odd XD

0-60 is magazine bullshit. All that matters is 1/4 mile ET and trap speed.

We don't care much for 1/4 mile times in the UK.

Accelleration and good handling for our twisty narrow country roads is what we want.

205 mph on a turbocharged R1 owned by a friend. He had it sent out to be done with a saab turbo..Super bad ass bike

Fastest in a car was around 160 mph in a 1988 or 89 chrysler conquest. Built to the hilt

I realize that. But 0-60 is a bullshit way to measure acceleration. If you want to measure acceleration take it to a track. My car is not very far off from a stock C6 Z06 corvette at the track but the 0-60 times would say otherwise. The Z06 never has to leave first gear to hit 60 while I am halfway through second. Too many variables.

I agree 100%.

Almost every car on the road these days is capable of 80mph, so they should change it to 0-80. Aswell as having like 30-70, 40-80, etc... as they are much more realistic, 30-70 for example would be nice to know when you need to overtake something. 30-100 Would be another useful one to know because usually (in the UK atleast), you'll come off a 30mph road onto a dual carriageway or something and then floor it. (Unless you're a speedlimit sucker).
