b16 simply because its DOHC.

D16 is a lot cheaper though. both have to be boosted to be fast.



personally, i wouldnt bother with either. get you a ls non vtec b18 from an se tegi.

its not worth it on my integra.

if i end up buying a newer one i was thinking k20 maybe but idk...living in maine you need 2 cars, summer/winter.

I have 2 eg's now.

One for the winter, it's a piece of shit, $150 '93 cx with a d15 in it lol.

then my other one. I'm gonna rebuild the b18b soon. Hoping to turbo it by the end of summer.

i saw a civic si hatch for $300, all it needed was wheels, engine, seats.

Rofl! my $150 one just needed a rear hatch window. I got one and now i drive it for the winter. it's a 5 spd too. $17 to fill up my tank and it lasts me 2 weeks ez.

my mileage is going to shit, my valve cover gasket needs to be replaced cuz its leaking oil = shitty mileage
subs are back in the hatch weigh ~300lbs = shitty mileage

lmfao, only thing wrong atm on my 95 hatch is a blown head gasket. I'll replace it when I get new heads.
