they sell them painted, dunno if u can get them like the pic above thats just a show car. if i recall they do have a full CF body cept the roof.
wanna hear something else funny, pretty sure one of those cost about 50 grand US. as u know i love hondas, i think thats a cool car and would love to have one. but 50k? they do alot of engine work and totally rework the suspension aswell as the CF body but i dunno if thats worth like another 20k ontop of the type R model. obviously anything high performance or aftermarket from the factory or a factory supported tuner like mugen cost an assload more than doing it yourself with aftermarket parts. same way in the US with cars like the GT500 and saleens.
