I was using my moms accord the last 2 weeks, no power whatsoever. Vtec just never kicked in. Getting used to 400+hp after that took a few minutes lol.

as for the settlement, the insurance company for the carwash sent a letter saying something like "we were notified you were in an accident blah blah please allow us to make up for the inconveniences"

they know that its in their best interest to settle, and that letter seemed to express that fact. When I hear from my lawyer again ill update. Hopefully it isnt too long lol
