if you werent an idiot with your car (aka riced out eg) then you wouldnt have been judged.

HID headlights arent stock, and if they are youre driving a new BMW or a Lexus, and they certainly arent mounted somewhere like that, rofl

Most new vehicles come with HID's or are available as an option these days just depends on what the dealerships want to order
