Thanks, but on the lawn mine is just horrible.  House was built in 2012 on what used to be a wooded lot, we moved in towards the end of the year, and last year I pretty much neglected everything yard related last year.  So I'm probably going to need alot of top soil and lots of seed (or maybe even sod depending on the price) to have something respectable.

Just get it hydro seeded. Price is in between the other options but its nearly foolproof.
